  1. I'm not sure if Christian doctrine regards forgiving by proxy as valid. Perhaps a theologian could enlighten me on this. Can I, for example, really forgive someone for doing something terrible to someone else? I really don't think I would have the right to do this.

The experience of the Covid Pandemic acts in two directions: since every 'conspiracy theory' relating to the Pandemic has turned out to be true, we, the plebs have reached maximum scepticism about everything. This loss of trust is not a good thing. Worse, even, than the complete loss of trust in politicians, is the loss of trust in scientists who sold their souls for a title, status or money, the loss of credibility of such publications as 'Nature', 'The Lancet' and others, and therefore the destruction of belief in science.
