Apparently, this Saudi psychiatrist is known among the ex-Muslim community as being psychologically disturbed - he is very litigious and has long been regarded as a nuisance and a pain in the arm. He has also apparently had issues about his ostensible qualifications. Atheist Republic say that Islam itself is a brain virus that infects normal brains, and can result in violent jihadism (mass murder, especially of the kufar). But it is also possible for someone who may indeed be an ex-Muslim to be mad and perform mass murder, this act in itself saying nothing about his philosophy.
