This is McKrankie's 'politically astute' attempt to bounce the Scottish population into INDEPENDENCE! And therefore Utopia! Btw, there is no such thing as gender in biological organisms. There are two SEXES, female and male. If you think you have been born in the wrong body, you are mentally ill and need psychological treatment, not castration and mutilation - especially if you are a child. It is not a kindness to confirm someone in their delusion.
