Single-issue 'extremism': I'll bet this refers to women who want to stop (a) the trespassing into women's spaces (prisons, hospital wards, including psychiatric wards, lavatories and changing rooms, women's refuge centres from violence, women's and girls' sports, for example) by men who are pretending to be women, and (b) the medical poisoning, and mutilation and sterilisation by irreversible experimental surgery of confused children and distressed adolescents. Such women are notorious for sometimes putting up stickers on lamp-posts saying such seditious things as, 'Men are not women'. This is certainly an extreme position. There is no compromise to be had on it.
