'Trans-genderism' is a religion. To attempt to eradicate it would be an infringement of freedom of choice, or the persecution of the mentally ill. The concept is certainly false, and a danger to women and children - but so are most, if not all, religions. It can be controlled - perhaps eliminated, or almost eliminated - by expunging its application from all Institutions and from the Law. It can be argued against using facts and reason. But men who believe they are women, or women who believe they are men should be regarded as being mentally ill and not criminalised or discriminated against so long as they do not practise their fetish in public or endanger children.
