'Equity' is going to be deployed to 'promote' ethnic-minority NHS staff who are in less highly paid jobs to be in kind-of 'Feldsher' positions, looking like medical staff and being paid more than in their original job, but without the long training. Then the desired boxes can be ticked. The NHS would save so much money if it sacked all its DIE cadres.
