  1. It's all so sexist and stereotyping. 'You're a girl but you may feel like a boy sometimes.' This is implying that, liking 'reading difficult books' - as the Victorians used to say - makes girls sterile, as all the blood goes to the brain and thus the reproductive organs are starved. 'Girls can't do maths', 'Girls who like sports are really boys', 'Girls must do cookery lessons in school instead of science' - listen to Jocelyn Bell Burnell on this. I thought we had moved beyond this.
