  1. Charlie Downs, Lucy Connolly did not incite violence. She posted a bad tweet - which was angry but did not incite violence if you read it carefully - under stress caused by a re-triggering of her PTSD. She deleted it four hours later and apologised. Subsequently she posted other tweets urging people to try to control their anger and to restrain themselves. These have been ignored and denied.
