What WOULD probably have helped in February/March 2020 was to cancel the football match between Liverpool and Athletico Madrid, entailing hundreds of fans flying into Liverpool from Spain. Also cancelling the Cheltenham horse-racing weekend at around the same time. Also having NO FLIGHTS INTO BRITAIN from anywhere from mid-January to Easter- especially those directly into Heathrow from Wuhan and other places in China every ten minutes. I can see no excuse for having no or not enough PPE, and for the mountains of taxpayers' money ladled out to 'those and such as those' who promised to supply the PPE. The anti-scientific and questionable assertions put out constantly over the MSM by eminent people have gone unexamined. The sequel to this is the complete denial - practical and also apparently even psychological - of the increasing injuries that are being reported by people who became ill after having Covid vaccine. The previously unknown type of clots in arteries as well as veins now being found by pathologists and embalmers in a minority of people of all ages who have been vaccinated is very worrying. (A minority of a very large number is still a large number.) There is also a complex immunological action if people take too many booster vaccines which can trigger an extremely aggressive cancer in some people whose cancer was being controlled. The less-than-transparency of the pharmaceutical giants also needs to be examined, especially in light of the amount of taxpayer subsidy given to them. It has to be asked why they needed Government contracts guaranteeing them indemnity from prosecution.
