  1. DiMenezes: He had overstayed his Visa. He had no right to be in Britain. He also vaulted over the ticket barrier when asked to stop by the police - because he knew he had overstayed. It looked very suspicious, and the police were at the time chasing a terrorist on the transport system (we had already had 7/7). He shouldn't have been shot.
