  1. How is Prof Jay Battacharya's case against the US Federal Government going - I think he started sueing them in March/April 2024? Prof Battacharya was sueing the American Federal Government for their breach of the First Amendment of the Constitution. They had put pressure on social media Companies and the MSM to give no platform to, or even mention, anyone - no matter how highly qualified - who questioned any Government policy on the management of the Covid crisis. Thus, Prof Battacharya and Prof Sunetra Gupta were not able to put the arguments against Lockdowns and their terrible cost-benefit analysis.
