  1. We have a problem with judges in Britain. Some (too many?) of them appear to think they have the power to make political decisions in the court-room. We saw it in Maya Forstater's case, for example: Judge - [I paraphrase] 'Saying that biological sex is real is a belief not fit for a democratic society'. She won on appeal.
