  1. I'm thoroughly fed up. Remember that Russia is being led by someone who thinks he is channelling Catherine the Great (in whose days nukes were not a thing). It's an obvious thing to do - pretend that you had a nuclear 'accident' contaminating NATO (except perhaps USA), as a substitute for actually nuking a city or cities. Then you can plead incompetence instead of wickedness.
