No. The risk of thrombocytopenia is confined to the virus-vector vaccines, ie Oxford-AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson (and possibly the Sputnik V, but the Russians tend not to give out information) which may occur if the epithelium lining the small blood vessel that the needle inadvertently enters reacts badly with the virus- vector DNA (adenovirus) which is carrying the portion of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA which codes for the spike protein, which will then be manufactured from this mRNA in the person's own cells. The presence of these spike proteins then stimulates the body to produce antibodies against them, and to create immune memory in B cells and T cells which may be very long-lasting. The Pfizer vaccine has another, rare potential problem - heart damage - if the vaccine is accidentally injected into a small blood vessel.
