  1. They probably don't realise the significance of the use of 'cell' in that context. Otherwise they wouldn't use it, they would use some euphemism or circumlocution. Or perhaps they just think that we, the plebs, do not kniw its significance.

  2. I shall be listening to Ms Spring tomorrow on Radio 4 at 9.45 am to hear her apology for her job (and no doubt gigantic salary). Btw, there is no need to pay any money to the Beeb. Just don't have TV.
