  1. In February 2020 I had what I am pretty sure was a mild experience of Covid-19 over two weeks (although I was never tested at that time). I went everywhere as I felt only intermittently fevered, and probably gave it to 8,000 people. Since then - 18 months - I have been flattened with Long Covid - total lack of energy and muscular strength. I am stuffing myself with supplements from the health food shop and listening to doctors on U-tube who used to run half marathons every weekend and are now in wheelchairs. Please try NOT to catch a mild dose of Covid-19.
