  2. At the start of this winter I did not take a flu vaccine, although being nagged DAILY on my phone by the NHS to have it. BONUS: it would be wrapped up with an m-RNA 'vaccine' against RSV (which I had never heard of) and Covid (I had already had two Pfizers plus one booster when they were first available). In previous years, I was vaccinated against flu, which I usually got every two or three years, very badly. This year, I depended on Vitamin D, cod liver oil capsules and other vitamins; and now - 10 March - have not had even a cold all winter.
