Since it is now the policy of the British NHS to remove the word 'woman' from its documents in order to be 'inclusive' - even when talking about cervical cancer, pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc, it looks as if the erasure of concept of 'woman' has been successfully achieved. (See the policy document citculated to hospitals from The NHS Confederation, headed by Matthew Taylor.)
