  2. I'm glad you have been so healthy, and I hope you continue to be. Personally, I am sure that, without vaccination I should have died of whooping-cough at age ten. I remember being so ill that I thought quite objectively that I was going to die (this did not bother me at all at the time). Because I had been vaccinated I did not present with the characteristic 'whoop' in the cough, and my GP did not diagnose it (I probably gave it to everyone in my school). Eventually I was referred to a paediatrician and X-rayed to see if I had TB (I did not). When I was getting dressed, I started to cough. The paediatrician said to my mother, 'Is that the cough?' She's had whooping-cough. It's getting better now'.

  6. ​ @markangelorgs.2773 it is now the middle of September, 2023. My first vaccine (Pfizer) was taken in March 2021 (in UK). That's two and a half years.
