Two weeks' delay in putting India on Red List, along with Pakistan and Bangladesh: the reason is thaat the British Government was and is gasping to make a trade deal with India, and seems to have thought not putting their country on the Redist would facilitate a good deal. When there appears to be no rational explanation for an action or a decision, look for the money. The other big question is, why were N flights allowed in from China - including directly from Wuhan - in the first 8 or 9 weeks of 2020?
