The Federal USA Government did not listen to scientists - by scientists I mean Professors Jay Battacharya (then of MIT), Sunetra Gupta (of Oxford University) and Martin Kulldorff (of Stanford University). Professor Battacharya is now sueing the Federal Government for violating the First Amendment of the Constitution - concerning Freedom of Speech. Governments had ordered all media - both MSM and electronic, such as Facebook and U-tube, to cancel anyone who mentioned the name of any of these scientists or their cogent arguments against Economic Lockdowns.
