It's only the British who ever had an Empire, don't you know. This Empire was wholly evil and has been the source of all the troubles and problems in the whole world ever since its inception. These problems are still with everyone and cannot be apologised for or compensated for - ever, although it is the duty of every living British person to feel guilty about the unmitigated wickedness of their ancestors and to pay reparations for the exploitation they did, and to have the same exploitation and humiliation practised on them as their ancestors practised on all the people of the World. I think that's what 'Decolonisation' means.
