  1. There is no gender in biology. Sex is not assigned at birth. It is determined at conception. It cannot be changed. A young girl with short hair and a double mastectomy is not a male, no matter how much testosterone she has taken to distort her voice with. Btw, I don't think the threat is only in the male organ. Men who have gone through male puberty are much stronger than women - larger heart, greater lung capacity, much more muscle, greater bone density, taller. It is depressing to see parents colluding with their child's delusion because of homophobia. This girl will never have a functioning penis, no matter how many operations she has - and they will probably be many, no-one will desire her sexually - not heterosexual women, not Lesbians, not gay men. She will probably have no sexual function.
