  1. School uniform should be mandatory for all schoolchildren and school students up to age 16. It should be voluntary after that age. There should be no badges, other than those connected to the school - indicating attainment of athletic standards, for example. There should be no indicators of political affiliation. There should be no jewellery, make-up or eccentric hairstyles. This would solve a lot of problems. I am talking about all schools.
