  1. I notice that the BBC is now referring - with approbation - to 'the LGBTQIAA+ Community'. I presume 'Q' refers to 'Queer', and I would be interested to know how many BBC employees have read Judith Butler or Gayle Rubin. Does 'I' refer to 'Intersex'? Is this even a medical term? I don't think so - I would be interested to hear from a specialist about this. What do the other alphabet additions stand for? Will we be told, or is it a secret? Will there be any more?
