  1. Yes, in both the Bible and the Qur'ran, the Archangel Gabriel said the same thing, etc. This is because any religion in the Qur'ran is borrowed from Judaism or Christianity. Also, Christian countries do not take the edicts of the Old Testament (eg Deuteronomy) as rigid laws to be obeyed to the letter on pain of death in the 21st century. The Old Testament is not the main Christian text. The New Testament is. Also, *very important*, outside an Islamic country, THERE IS A SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE.
