  1. Harold Wilson thought it was going to benefit Labour to lower the voting age from 21 to to 18 in 1969. It did not. This whole debacle - indicating the huge ignorance of the Law by Government ministers - is designed to enable voting fraud. And we all know who the main perpetrators of THAT crime are.
