  1. Not all viruses are the same. The HIV/AIDS virus is not contagious. It is infections between humans under certain conditions, eg if one receives blood from an infected person, or if one has sex with them. The point is to receive some body fluid from the infected person. Corona viruses are contagious via air, ie I can sneeze in a bus and infect people on that deck of the bus, although I don't touch them.
