It's interesting that American MSM are now referring - reverentially - to 'the LGBTQIAA++ Community' instead of 'the LGBT Community', the 'T' being added because of 'Trans' persecution appropriation. The BBC has started to do this as well, although I would bet my house that none of them has read Judith Butler or Gayle Rubin. The reality is that 'we' as societies are sterilising and mutilating mentally ill children.
