Why not demonstrations against Lucy Letby? First, because Lucy Letby was arrested, tried, found guilty and imprisoned. Secondly, there was no suggestion that this was going to be a normal situation ('just part and parcel of being a patient in a hospital' - to paraphrase Sadiq Khan re terrorism in London), and that future medical staff who were suspected of killing patients were to be expected and indeed incorporated into hospital culture.
