  1. Get rid of the DIE cadre - Diversity, Inclusion, Equity. That would save a mountain of money. Strip out the 'Trans'-Industrial Complex which had infiltrated the NHS. Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London is building up a new Department which intends to do hundreds of 'phalloplasties' per annum. This is nonsense. STOP IT! We pay more and more each year to support the NHS, which I support in principle. I think a lot of the problem is because of people not taking enough responsibility for their own health - obesity, for a start. But first of all, get rid of the 'Trans' Ideologues!
