  2. I think what some people are saying is that perhaps the death penalty needs to be a possibility in the case of *convicted terrorists*. But you are right, Landeur, to remind us that the State, the Government, the courts and the judiciary, and potential jurors who may well be racist, cannot be trusted to act legally and honestly.
