  1. DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) has got to be rooted out of the NHS. Some of these DIE Managers are paid six-figure salaries. I believe it totals £40 million per annum. Also, it encourages Diversity Hire (the opposite of meritocracy). The NHS has got to be a National Health Service, not an International Health Service, without proper reciprocity, as it too often is now - some PRIFESSIONAL administration is needed for this.medical staff can't do it.

  3. People need to take responsibility for their own health. Some people think they can abuse their bodies with overeating, smoking, etc and medicine will sort it. It's babyish - mum will make it all right. Also, doing the right thing is disincentivised.- Be profligate, don't have any savings - you will be rewarded, the taxpayer (mum again) will make up the difference. The same applies to sick leave. I think it's terrible that in the US people are often sacked for being ill, and sick leave is often taken out of holiday entitlement - if any. But I think some people really do take the piss. You should always do better off for behaving well than for behaving badly. Perhaps it's a matter of attitude invulcated at an early age- like the habit of being honest (or is this genetic?).
