  1. 1 Police with apparently nothing else to do, accosting a person to make him feel guilty about being, do not know the Law, so suck it out of their thumb, and make him feel uncomfortable and possibly unnecessarily incriminate himself, by spouting a load of baloney. 2 Individuals are having to sue Institutions in the Courts to get them to obey *Statutory Law*.
