  1. Not enough infrastructure and accommodation: that is only part of it. It is worrying to have a huge number of young, probably single, men hardly or not at all speaking the language, knowing nothing about the history, geography, politics, sociology or religion of the country, and having dangerous misconceptions about the customs - for example, they may not realise that an unaccompanied girl walking home from school is not a prostitute. It's a question of numbers. Take too many incomers, and they will not integrate, but form ghettos.
