It is - mainly - only white people who possess the lactase-retention gene which means that lactase, the enzyme which digests lactose in milk, continues to be produced after infancy and even through adulthood. Most people in the World can't digest milk after infancy. It's not a conspiracy, it's just genetics. (There are a few white people who can't digest milk. I had a school friend - white, British - like this.)
