  1. This is racism, pure and simple. I'm sure it must be against the law. When is it going to operate? I mean, there would have to both white kids and black kids playing Monopoly together. One or some children in the same game being given an unfair advantage would not be ALLOWED by children. Children are highly sensitive to what is and is not FAIR. They would not ALLOW any child to start with an unfair advantage.
