It's also the increase in diseases like HIV/AIDS, XDR-TB, polio (which is still endemic in Afghanistan and Pakistan - the only countries in the World where this is still the case), tropical diseases - a further burden for the NHS, along with the baleful results of cousin-cousin marriage.
