I would have found that joke very not-funny on the grounds that it seems to be making a joke about domestic abuse - I have not heard the joke, so perhaps there is a measure of pre-judging on my part here. It's appalling that Jerry Sadowitz is banned from the Edinburgh Festival, when this sort of thing is happening. I am so ashamed about what happened to these two audience members. Please accept my apologies.
