  2. There are women who are actually the second or third wife of a man who is legally married to one other woman. The second and third wives are married under Shariah law and - having one or several children - receive social housing (rent free), benefits of several description, without having contributed - or having any prospect of contributing - as a tax or National Insurance payer. They and their children receive free medical care under the NHS, the children receive free education, they have the protection of police and fire services, the roads are repaired without their contribution to Council tax. The British taxpayer foots the bill.
