Biological entities have a sex, female or male (except for a few groups such as earthworms or gastropods which are hermaphrodite). Chromosomal abnormalities (XXY, X0, XYY, Swyer's syndrome - not a chromosomal abnormality, but a genetic abnormality) are extremely rare, and are physical disorders. Sexual dysphoria is vanishingly rare and is a psychological disorder.
