  2. It goes without saying that every normal person is devastated by the terrible happenings of 29 July 2024, on behalf of the victims and the bereaved. However, it is now time to examine in detail the history and possible mental processes of this murderer, the interactions with him of all the institutions and agencies he had contact with. For example, how did Childline respond when he asked them about what to do if you wanted to kill someone? Do they have a record of their response? Did they talk to any other agency about this question? There is a lot that we need to know.
