  2. So present-day slavery is just fine, according to Labour. But children in primary schools and secondary schools will be taught that the only slavery that ever existed was the trans-Atlantic slave trade from West Africa to the Caribbean and the southern States of America. And the only people who perpetrated this were the British. The fact that it was the British who put a stop to this - and all over the Wotld - with the Royal Navy, will never be mentioned. The fact that a couple of thousand British sailors were killed doing this will never be mentioned. The fact that we finally finished paying what this cost us in treasure, in 2015, will never be mentioned. The one and a half million people kidnapped as slaves from south-west England by north African corsairs will never be mentioned. What happened to the west African slaves kidnapped by the Arabs will never be mentioned - why are there no black Arabians, when there are black Americans? And people trying to push the envelope - like our Foreign Secretary - vomit out garbage about how people who have never owned slaves owe astronomical 'reparations' to people who have never been slaves.
