  1. The NHS could pay its medical staff more if it sacked the DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) Cadre. This would save tens if not hundreds of millions overnight. There are also Personnel - sorry, I mean 'Human Resources' operatives, who are hugely paid and appear not to know how to check on job candidates' CVs - foreign nurses getting jobs with forged 'qualifications', surgeons who butcher patients because they seem not to have the first idea of what they were doing, etc, etc.
