  2. 'Rule Britannia!' is not a jingoistic song. The words refer to the Royal Navy preventing British people being kidnapped by North African Corsairs and being carried off into slavery in Africa, which about a million and a half of them, from the south-west of England, were. 'Rule, Britannia!' is in the imperative, not the indicative, mood - note 'shall' in the last line.

  3. I don't mind 'Diversity' in music as long as it doesn't mean so-called 'classical' Western music being replaced by rap (which it seems to).

  4. Btw, the 'Rainbow' flag, and manifestations of it, such as lanyards, now makes me feel unsafe, as I associate it with Genderoids threatening and attacking women.
