  1. The 'E' does not stand for Equality. It stands for Equity. Equality means equality before the law and equality of opportunity. Equity stands for equality of outcome. That is, it is anti-meritocratic, quota-driven by irrelevant characteristics (perhaps 'to refle t the community'), and dangerous (Diversity hires).
