What is insane is the sheer waste of TIME that medical staff are forced to make - on pain, perhaps, of losing their livelihod - being 're-educated' about garbage. Who are these 'Managers'? How do they get appointed?

Also, remember Hatun Tash who was stabbed in the neck - by a man who appeared to want to kill her - at Speaker's Corner. Many police stood around with their arms folded, chatting. The assailant jogged off at a moderate pace, and the victim - a slightly built petite woman - was arrested and taken away to the police station, before being taken to hospital.
