Starmer and the Attorney General, Lord Herter, have openly stated that International Law - often interpreted by them as declarations by the UN, which is now a Convocation of corrupt dictatorships - trumps British law as it has been decided in Parliament.
It makes no sense to mention the 'giving back' of the Chagos Islands to Mauritius, as they have never belonged to Mauritius or had any connection with that island. Furthermore, Mauritius is now closely dependent on China, and the transfer of sovereignty of the Chagos Islands to Mauritius would, in effect, mean handing this globally important naval and air base to the CCP.
To do this, at a cost of £7 billion per annum to the British taxpayer, is incomprehensible.
