  1. Btw, how the 'customer' in Nando's - did he pay his bill, btw? - behaved towards that waitress is exactly how Jews and Christians would be treated under Shariah law, as specified in the Qu'ran. Oh, and they would have to pay extortionate protection money - 'jizya' - to stay alive. What about people of other faiths or none? They just wouldn't be there.
