  1. I identify myself as 'I', 'me'. I expect to be addressed as 'you', or my name. This is easy in English as there is only one word for the second person. How I am spoken about behind my back (in the third person) is of no interest to me, unless it is libellous or threatening, when it will become very interesting to me.
